Herdmar guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers.

In the absence of availability of the product, Herdmar undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible. Herdmar only dispatches on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted toward estimated delivery of parcels.

The value of the shipping costs is borne by the customer and is calculated according to the weight of the products, destination and the total value of the order.
After placing the order the user has 48 hours to make the payment. If you fail to do so within this period, the order will be canceled.

Deliveries can be made in any country except for some countries, in which you should contact us. Transit times will vary according to the shipping address and method chosen. The delivery of the orders will be made to the address indicated by the user and according to the delivery times of the carrier in charge of the transport.
Home delivery can not be done in PO Boxes.
The Online Store Herdmar undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. All orders shipped by the Herdmar online store must be examined by the customer upon receipt. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it to the carrier, justify the reason for the return in the delivery note and inform Herdmar immediately. All shipments will be duly accompanied by the necessary legal documents.
